Samsung Galaxy Tab A11:
Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+:
You’ll notice that the two tablets look basically the same. They will not be the same in terms of size, however. The ‘+’ model will be larger, as you may have guessed. You can see that both will have a single camera on the back, though, and not-so-thick bezels around the display. Many would say they’re just thick enough to grab the devices comfortably.
The Galaxy Tab A11+ is more powerful, of course
In the image below, you’ll see a spec comparison between the two devices. The Galaxy Tab A11 is fueled by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, which is a 6nm chip. The MediaTek MT8167 powers the Galaxy Tab A11+, that is a 4nm processor.

The Galaxy Tab A11 features an 8.7-inch 1340 x 800 display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The ‘+’ model, on the other hand, has an 11-inch display with a 1920 x 1200 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
Both devices ship with an 8-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The base model comes in 4GB and 8GB RAM models, with 64GB and 128GB of storage, respectively.
They have different charging speeds
The Galaxy Tab A11+, on the flip side, comes in 6GB and 8GB variants with 128GB and 256GB of storage, respectively. The two tablets include 5,100mAh and 7,040mAh battery packs. The base model supports 15W wired charging, while the ‘+’ variant supports 25W wired charging.
What about their dimensions? Well, the smaller model measures 211 x 124.7 x 8mm, and weighs 335 grams (Wi-Fi) / 337 grams (LTE model). The Galaxy Tab A11+ measures 257.1 x 168.7 x 6.9mm, and weighs 480 grams (Wi-Fi) / 491 grams (5G model).
Samsung is promising 7 years of OS and security updates for both devices
In the gallery below, you’ll see two images. Each of them represents the main highlights of these two tablets. You’ll basically see all the main selling points here. Samsung highlighted their processors, designs, some software features, 7 years of OS and security updates, IP52 rating, and more here.
We’ll wrap this up with a bunch of other marketing materials that we managed to get our hands on. You’ll see quite a few of them included in the gallery below, focusing on various different aspects of the two devices.
Stereo speakers are included, as is expandable storage up to 2TB
These materials reveal that both devices include stereo speakers, but not the same number of them. The Galaxy Tab A11 ships with two speakers, while the Galaxy Tab A11+ includes four.
An audio jack is available on both devices. You’ll also be able to expand the storage of both devices. The best of all, you can use a 2TB microSD card, you’re not limited to a 1TB one, like is the case with many devices. Gemini and Circle to Search are also available, thanks to Google, and more.
As a reminder, Samsung did announce its premium tablets recently. The Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra were announced earlier this month. Prior to that, we’ve exclusively leaked details about both devices.
