Ulefone’s New RugOne Xever 7 Phones Bring Swappable Batteries

Ulefone was once again present at IFA, and in addition to presenting its current products, it had some new ones to announce. Ulefone announced a new exploration brand, RugOne. In addition to that, the Xever 7 rugged smartphone with swappable battery has also been announced.

Ulefone announces ‘RugOne’ sub-brand, and two first products that are a part of it

Let’s talk about RugOne first. Ulefone says that this brand was born to “meet the growing demand for sustainable, durable, and repairable outdoor technology.” Ulefone added that RugOne is “committed to creating high-quality, long-lasting products designed to minimize environmental impact.”

The slogan of the company is “To Be Bold”. The name ‘RugOne’ is a combination of three words, ‘Rugged’ and ‘Top One’, the company said.

The RugOne Xever 7 series consists of two first products under this brand, the RugOne Xever 7 and Xever 7 Pro. Both of them come with a swappable battery, and both are equipped with a 5,550mAh battery pack.

What’s more, each of these two phones comes with two batteries in the package, and also two battery covers. That way, you can simply swap the battery if you run out, without charging it.

Both Xever 7 series smartphones have a 120Hz display, 64MP infrared camera & more

A 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display is included on both of these displays. The same goes for a 50-megapixel AI main camera with OIS and EIS. A 64-megapixel infrared night vision camera is also here, and it’s equipped with quad IR LEDs. Both phones also feature built-in eSIM and haptic feedback powered by an X-axis linear motor.

The ‘Pro’ model differs itself thanks to advanced thermal imaging capabilities. It has a FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal sensor. Instead of the thermal sensor, the regular Xever 7 has a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera.
