HONOR Magic V5 Launches Globally Alongside MagicPad 3 & MagicBook Art 14 2025

The HONOR Magic V5 is now available in global regions, i.e., the EU and the UK. It was launched in China last month as the world’s thinnest foldable (White color) at 8.8mm in thickness. Besides the form factor, the Magic V5 packs a punch, courtesy of the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Alongside the foldable, HONOR has also unveiled the MagicPad 3 tablet and MagicBook Art 14 laptop are also rolling out internationally.

The HONOR Magic V5 brings improvements and refinements to durability, design, and photography. The foldable phone is just 4.1mm in thickness when unfolded all the way. It is also quite light in the hand at just 217 grams. There’s also an IP58 and IP59 rating for water and dust resistance. The use of Anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield and a Carbon Fiber Reinforced Inner display panel means the phone offers robust durability for everyday use.

The book-style foldable gets a 6.43-inch exterior OLED display. There’s a bigger 7.95-inch OLED inner display. Both panels get a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, and 4,320Hz PWM Dimming for motion sickness. While there’s stylus support, it’s sold separately.

The HONOR Magic V5 gets the Snapdragon 8 Elite

The HONOR Magic V5 ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. This is paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. You get a beefy 5,820mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 66W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The Magic V5 runs on Android 15-based Magic OS 9.0.1.

As for cameras, the HONOR Magic V5 has a 50MP f/1.6 primary camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS. There are two 20MP front cameras, each on the front and inner display. For connectivity, the foldable offers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, dual SIM, and 5G network.

HONOR MagicPad 3 and MagicBook Art 14 are also heading to global regions

HONOR MagicPad 3 features a 13.3-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 700 nits brightness. It gets a generation older Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset for power. It gets 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. There’s a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP macro lens. It has a 9MP lens on the front for selfies. The MagicPad 3 rocks a 12,450mAh silicon-carbon battery with 66W fast charging support. There’s support for Wi-Fi 7, HONOR Magic Pencil 3, and eight speakers.

Meanwhile, the MagicBook Art 14 2025, as the name says, has a 14.6-inch OLED touch display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and 3.1K resolution. It gets the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H CPU, coupled with 32GB RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. The laptop features a 60Wh battery with fast charging support.

The HONOR MagicBook Art 14 weighs just 1.03 kg. It offers a full-sized backlit keyboard, a fingerprint sensor in the power button, six speakers, three microphones, and a multi-touch trackpad. The laptop features a Thunderbolt 4 input, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen2 port, a USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and an HDMI 2.1 port.

Price and availability

The HONOR Magic V5 sets you back by £1,699.99 (~$2,295) in the UK. In Europe, the foldable costs €1,999 (~$2,332). You can purchase it in Ivory White, Black, Reddish Brown, and Dawn Gold colors. The HONOR Magic V5 is now available in Europe and the UK.

The HONOR MagicPad 3 starts at £599.99 (~$810). It comes in Gray and White shades. Meanwhile, the MagicBook Art 14 2025 laptop starts at £1,499.99 (~$2,025). It is available in Mocha Brown, Emerald Green, and Sunrise White colors.
