OPPO is all set to unveil the Find X9 series of flagship smartphones in the coming weeks. Ahead of the launch, several leaks and even official teasers have revealed a handful of details regarding the upcoming devices. A senior OPPO executive has now teased the design of the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro handsets, apart from confirming some of their key specs, including their battery capacities.
The OPPO Find X9 series will have a minimalistic design with the narrowest bezels
OPPO’s Product Manager Zhou Yibao has teased the design of the Find X9 by comparing the frontal design with the iPhone 17. As seen in the photos, the Find X9 has slightly slimmer bezels than Apple’s iPhone 17. The firm official claims that the Find X9 lineup will feature the narrowest uniform bezels on all four sides. OPPO has crafted these devices using a “cold carving” technology and will offer them in a premium titanium colour option.
Additionally, OPPO has revealed that the entire Find X9 series of phones will feature eye protection technology. Their screens will also feature a new mode designed to reduce motion sickness. As for the screen sizes, the vanilla Find X9 could have a 6.69-inch panel, while the Pro will be bigger with a 6.78-inch display.
OPPO will pack the new Find series devices with up to 7,500mAh batteries
Apart from teasing the design, the OPPO executive has also shared details about the battery capacities of the new Find X9 series devices. As per the official, the regular OPPO Find X9 model will have a 7,025mAh power cell, while the Pro variant will get a bigger 7,500mAh battery. Rumors suggest that both will support fast wired charging of up to 80W. OPPO hasn’t officially revealed the weights yet, but a reliable Chinese tipster suggests the Find X9 and X9 Pro will tip the scale at 203g and 224g, respectively.
As for the other features, the Find X9 series of phones will sip power from MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor. Sources indicate that the new phones will feature ultrasonic fingerprint sensors and a smart key known as the “Plus key.”
OPPO could offer three 50MP cameras on the vanilla Find X9 variant. The Pro and Ultra models could feature four cameras at the rear, including a large 200MP sensor. These devices will seamlessly connect with Apple products, as suggested by one of the photos below.
