Samsung will soon launch two new premium tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra. The announcement may happen at the IFA event next month. Thanks to various leaks, we already have a good idea of what these may bring to the table. The tablets are expected to arrive with a major performance upgrade, courtesy of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ upgrade. A new leak now sheds light on the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra prices in the US.
Leaked Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra prices for the US
As per a new report from YTechB, the Galaxy Tab S11 will set you back by $860 for the Wi-Fi-only 12GB RAM variant with 256GB storage. However, the price of the 512GB storage with cellular connectivity hasn’t leaked at the moment. We believe it could be on the expensive side.
Meanwhile, the high-end Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will cost $1,200 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 12GB + 512GB version could cost $1,400, while the 16GB + 1TB model could have a price tag of $1,700. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra had a similar starting price of $1,199. These prices are for the non-cellular variant. The high-end model will also have a 5G version, but the prices for that aren’t reported.
Dimensity 9400+ and a modest battery upgrade
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 may feature an 11-inch display, while the Ultra could get a bigger 14.6-inch screen. Both will use an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling. Both slates could use the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+, an upgrade from the Dimensity 9300+ on the predecessors. The Galaxy Tab S11 series is likely to run on Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra could be ultra-slim at 5.1mm, which is around 0.3mm thinner than the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. The Ultra variant could feature an 11,600mAh battery, which is a modest upgrade over the 11,200mAh battery on the predecessor. However, the charging speed is still 45W. Meanwhile, the regular Galaxy Tab S11 may have an 8,400mAh cell. Both tablets could get an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and Wi-Fi 7.
