The countdown is officially on for Samsung‘s next Unpacked event. While the company is keeping its cards close to its chest, a series of recent leaks has already given us a clear glimpse into its plans for the new Galaxy Tab S11 series. We exclusively shared a healthy set of images and videos of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Additionally, a source revealed all the key specifications of both the vanilla model and the Ultra one. Now, the latest leak includes variants and prices for the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra, in addition to fresh benchmarks.
Leaked Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra prices
The information about pricing and variants in the table could be the most interesting for many. It’s now clearer than ever that Samsung is introducing a range of options. Here’s a breakdown of the leaked prices for the Wi-Fi only variants (spotted by SammyGuru):
- Galaxy Tab S11 (12GB/256GB): $859.99
- Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (12GB/256GB): $1,199.99
- Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (12GB/512GB): $1,399.99
- Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (16GB/1TB): $1,699.99
Additionally, a new Galaxy Tab S11 Enterprise Edition with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage could be available for $809.99. Like other “Enterprise” editions for Galaxy devices, this model will offer extended support and some other business perks.
Geekbench benchmark results
The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is the star of the show, and leaked benchmarks confirm its power. The slate will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip. Geekbench 6.4.0 test results show a performance of just under 2,500 points in single-core and over 8,700 in multi-core. This represents a noticeable improvement over its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. However, it falls slightly short of the performance of the new Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. That said, probably the difference in performance in real use will be imperceptible.
Rumors indicate that the new Ultra tablet will also feature a stunning 14.6-inch OLED display. A massive 11,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging would keep the lights on. Samsung could pack all this tech into a surprisingly thin body of just 5.5mm.
